While working in microsoft word the font will not allow changed to size of letters; how to fix this problem?

Tried changing font but still the words are unreadable and can't see what is typed. Tried to write letter but font can't be seen while typing, just tiny dots. What is going on?While working in microsoft word the font will not allow changed to size of letters; how to fix this problem?
Did you accidentally reduce the size of the page display?

Look to the formatting toolbar for the zoom button. It will show a number and a percent sign (example: 25%). Click the down arrow and select 75% or 100%.



***If your zoom is alright, try changing the size of the font:

Press Control+a to select all the text.

***on the formatting toolbar, about 3 buttons in from the left margin, you will see a number (like 8, 10, 12) and a down arrow. With the text seleted, click the down arrow, choose a number like 12 and press Enter.
