How do I change the font?

You can customize the font type, color, and size of your IM conversations:



Click the ';Messenger'; menu in Yahoo! Messenger and select ';Preferences.';

Click the ';Appearance'; category.

Locate the ';Default font and color for message windows'; section.

Click the ';Change Fonts and colors'; button.

Configure your desired font.

Note: Currently the color effects feature is only available from the IM window.



To customize your font within the IM window:



Click the palette icon (the ';T'; icon). This opens the Text Format toolbar.
