How do you change a style of a font in Adobe Acrobat 8?

I have Adobe Acrobat 8.2.1, and I'm filling out a form. I can change the existing fonts that's already on the pdf through Tools%26gt;Advanced Editing%26gt;TouchUp Text Tool, but I can't seem to change the fonts of what I'm typing in the fields. I highlited it and right click, but it doesn't give me the option to change the color of the font. I remember doing this in older version of Adobe Acrobat, but can't seem to figure it out on this version.
