How do I type capital roman numerals into the text of Microsoft Word 2007 for Vista?

This is for the body of the text... not for page numbers or list outline format.

I know the obvious answer is type the capital letters, but I want horizontal ';cross beams'; at the top and bottom of my ';Roman-Numeral-Five';, in order to distinguish it from a ';Capital-Vee';. And I don't wish to change fonts to accomplish this. Is there a conversion formula that does this for me?How do I type capital roman numerals into the text of Microsoft Word 2007 for Vista?
I don't have first hand experience about this but it looks like something that may help you.
