How do I stop my IE7 font type from changing after a program e.g a game is opened?

Hi there. Once in a while, I open a 800 X 600 program, for example, a game. Then, I finish playing it and close the game. I access my Windows Internet Explorer 7 and I see that the font type has changed, and there is a significant difference from when I saw it before opening the program e.g. the game.

I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this problem, and what is causing the problem.

My graphics card's size is 96MB and I run on a 1024 X 768 resolution, if that helps. :D

Thank you very much and your help is greatly appreciated. =)How do I stop my IE7 font type from changing after a program e.g a game is opened?
Not knowing if you're using XP and ';upgraded'; to IE7 (some would say it's actually a downgrade) or if you're using Vista, I can't give specific advice. Upgrading from IE6 to IE7 still has many known issues. This link by Sandi Hardmeier (a recognized expert in IE since 1999) might help:

In the alternative, one thought does come to mind. If you're using a mouse with a scroll wheel while playing a game, it's possible that the wheel might have some dirt embedded in it. The wheel can usually be used in conjunction with the Ctrl key for a zoom effect. Or the wheel can be clicked and moved for zoom. The zoom will change screen resolution so it might be a defective mouse that's causing the problems when you end the game and go back to IE7.
