How do I change the font color on my computer?

On my desktop user, the font color is this sickly green/blue color. It only has this color in certain places, like when I type and read emails. But it isn't in my email settings, and email isn't the only place the font has this color. It has it for the comments below Youtube videos. I can't figure out a way to get it off. Any computer whizzes out there who can help me?How do I change the font color on my computer?
