Visio 2007 - Default Font Size?

I'm am creating a very complex timeline. The default font for my shapes appears to be 12 pt. I tried help and the MS Knowledge base - both of which recommended I use ';Themes'; to change the default font. That only changes the type face, not the size. How do I change the default size to 8 pt?Visio 2007 - Default Font Size?
To change the default font, follow these steps: 1. Start Visio.

2. On the Tools menu, click Options. Click the Advanced tab.

3. Under User settings, click to select the Put all settings in Windows registry check box, and then click OK.

4. Quit Visio.

5. Start Visio and then quit Visio again.



Visio writes its settings to the Windows registry.

6. Quit all Windows programs.

7. Click Start, and then click Run.

8. In the Open box, type regedit, and then click OK.

9. In the left pane of Registry Editor, locate and open the following registry key (folder):

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Visio\Visio 2000\Application

10. In the right pane, click to select the DefaultFontName entry.

11. On the Edit menu, click Modify.

12. In the Edit String dialog box, type a TrueType font name in the Value data box, and then click OK. For example, type Georgia, Tahoma, or Times New Roman.

13. On the Registry menu, click Exit.



Registry Editor automatically saves your changes.

The next time you start Microsoft Visio, the default font is set to the TrueType font that you specified in step 12.
