How do i change my computrs setting so my friend i chat with can see when i change to different fonts & colors

it seem some how when i chat to a friend they cannot see if i change my fonts into different type. when i am in chat room when my message is sent it is not the fonts and colors i use they just appear to be black and white. it wasnt like this before unless i must have change a setting in my computer but do not know how it happend. noone seem to know how to change it back to normal.even when i go into friendster the background seem to be just plain white when i have alredy change my profile.How do i change my computrs setting so my friend i chat with can see when i change to different fonts %26amp; colors
If rebooting your computer does not help, then maybe you need to update the Messenger to Version 8.1.0.413 .
